Villa located on the cuntryside of Cefilu. The villa should been tastefully renovated by the owner. It is a very peaceful location in the territory of the Madonie park.

The villa is divided into 3 apartments , one apartment 8 sleeps on the ground floor and 2 apartments in the first floor, apartment B sleeps 5 and apartment C sleeps 4 , nice view and peaceful position ,with an outside swimming pooh in comun with lovely terreace see view.

It is a beautiful place that is surrounded with mango and orange trees, and it is a very good place for kids.

Apartment A ground floor: living area (camin) with sofa double bedroom,2 double bedrooms ,1 bathroom with bath ,1 toilet and shower,large kitchen area .

Apartment B first floor : living area (camin)and sofa single bed /kitchen area with a nice access to a see view terrace,laundry,bathroom with shower, one double bed room and one twin bedroom.

Apartment C second floor : living area(camin) with sofa double bed ,kitchen area with a nice access to a see view terrace,laundry,bathroom with shower, one double bed room.

All the apartments are with TV satellite, apartment B/C with air condition, private parking, simple furniture but comfortable outside garden , horse riding just close 3 km ,waking holidays
