Villa del mare

Villa del Mare is located at 5 km from Cefalu Cefalù along the coast towards Palermo in the residencial area of Capo Playa close to the hotel Carlton. Please note that in the high season you can hear sometimes at the background some music from the hotel.

The position is fantastic and the villa has is private beach (pebbles) , a nice spot of land about 3000 square metres all private, nice outside and terrace overlooking the sea side.

inside the villa is dived in: Ground Floor entrancy with 2 double bedroom and 1 room with bunks beds, one bathroom ,kitchen and a large living area sea view

First Floor: 3 double bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a fantastic terrace sea view about 100 square metres.

the villa can accommodate up to 12 people, furniture are simple but comfortable, the villa totaly private ,a large extention of land will permit to the children to play safe ,we suggest it the big groups.
possibile 2 extra beds.
