Mono/Standard made up by a kitchenette completed with a fridge, bathroom with shower, mezzanine with a master bedm air conditioning. Capacity of 2 people. Outside a beautiful terrace with chairs and tables.

The club house of the residence with TV color and a play corner for the kids are near together with the pizzeria and the restaurant. Furthermore there is a little playground for the kids with a small wood village for them.Superior rooms are in the other section of the structure in a unique body. There are 10 rooms of good quality, some of them with the chance for extra beds, others with kitchenette.
Rooms are very beauty, all with bathroom inside, litte outside terrace with chairs and tables, air conditioning.

Deluxe attic apartment is a small apartment at the 2nd floor with seaview and woodsview, divided in living room with kitchen, fireplace, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a small outside terrace with chairs and tables.Deluxe reception apartment is a small apartment between the ground and the first floor, furnished with taste and particularity divided in livinf room with kitchen, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed.

The residence/ranch organize trekkings and horse riding through streets, slopes, paths of the Madonie Park.

Located just 3km away from the Village of Sant'Ambrogio where you can find a supermarket, a pizzeria and a restaurant famous for its fresh fish. Everything in the centre of the village. The pebbles beach is 3.5km away from the residence with free parking or pay parking.
